By using Gentle Warrior Yoga and purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

Products

The store sells digital products, including the YTT membership and digital content, and physical herbal products, including single herbs and herb stacks.

Access and Delivery

After payment, order confirmation is sent by email. Access details for digital products are delivered by email to the address used at checkout.

Herbal products ship to the address entered at checkout, within the United States only. Tracking details follow by email. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@gentlewarrioryoga.com with your order ID.

Subscriptions

The YTT membership renews every year and herb stacks bought as a subscription renew every month, until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals. Membership access ends when the paid period ends.

Herbal Products

Herbal products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk with a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a health condition.

Use License

Purchases are for personal use only unless a separate written license is provided. Redistribution, resale, and unauthorized sharing are prohibited.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

Gentle Warrior Yoga owns the program content, curriculum, videos, written materials, brand names, logos, site design, and software. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your access is active, and nothing more.

You agree not to: copy, record, download, republish, or adapt program content; use it to create, train, or build another program, course, app, or product; use crawlers, scrapers, scripts, or AI agents to access the site or member area; share your login; or try to access systems, code, data, or accounts beyond your own, or probe or test the site's security. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by certified payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Refunds

All sales are final. Digital products and herbal products are not refundable, except in confirmed fraud cases, as described in the Refund Policy. For a damaged or incorrect herbal product, see Access and Delivery above.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
