Two Trainings.
One Father-Centered
YTT Membership
The Grounded Father track teaches steadiness, nervous-system skill, and masculine leadership. The Laughing Body track teaches state change, reconnection, and how to restore play when the home gets heavy.
Both are included in one annual membership, built for fathers who want tools they can use in practice, in community, and with their children at home.

Fathers Need More Than Calm
Most men are running on red. We’re statistically worse at recognizing stress and even worse at repairing it once it reaches the house. The result is not just a tight back. It is a father who is physically present but emotionally unavailable.
The capacity to lead well, repair quickly, and reconnect with your children depends on two skills: learning how to come back to baseline and learning how to lift the emotional climate of a room. This membership teaches both.
Why the Department of Defense Funded This Practice
Yoga Nidra—the recovery practice at the core of this program—was researched and funded by the DOD and NIH for use with Special Operations forces dealing with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, chronic sleep deprivation, and persistent pain. The U.S. Army Surgeon General placed it on their list of Complementary and Alternative Medicine practices.

Laughter as a reset, not a performance
Not theatre. A short, deliberate state-change: breath, movement, and intentional sound to break tension before study, class, or the moment you walk back into the house after work.
Three short practices
- Full-body breathing: Two slow breaths, expanding the front of the body and lengthening the exhale.
- Chopping wood: Thirty seconds of forceful arm swings with intentional laughter to interrupt inertia.
- Flower opening: Open the chest, widen the ribs, receive the breath, then settle into stillness.
Where it fits in YTT
- Before lesson work: Use it when your mind is scattered and you need to arrive.
- Before live class: A fast reset before you step into the room with other men.
- At home with your children: A shared reset to soften tension, restore play, and help everyone borrow a steadier nervous system.
Safety: Keep the effort light. If you feel dizzy, short of breath, or emotionally flooded, stop and return to ordinary breathing. This is a reset tool, not a test.
Two Distinct Trainings Under One Membership
One track teaches you how to steady yourself. The other teaches you how to reconnect the room through movement, breath, and laughter.

Built for Men Who Lead
The Father
You want to be fully present with your children—not just a tired body in the room. You know that your regulated state is the environment they grow in.

You perform at high levels, but your recovery infrastructure doesn't match your output. You need a way to downshift that actually works.
The Veteran
You've been through experiences the civilian world doesn't map. You need practices grounded in science and research—not spiritual fluff.
